These terms explain how coaches, clients, and visitors may use the VitaLift platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Using VitaLift
VitaLift provides a digital platform for fitness and nutrition coaches to manage their business, and for clients to receive coaching services. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Coach-Client Relationship
VitaLift is a service provider and is not a party to any agreements made between coaches and their clients. Coaches are independent professionals and are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of their coaching services.
VitaLift does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the platform or the coaching services provided through it.
3. Public Coach Pages and Purchases
Coaches may publish public profiles, offers, products, payment links, or booking flows through VitaLift. The coach is responsible for the accuracy of their public page, professional qualifications, legal status, tax information, delivery of services, refunds, and consumer information for their own offers.
Before buying a coach product or service, the buyer must review the offer description, price, billing cadence, seller identity, refund and withdrawal information, and applicable terms. VitaLift may facilitate checkout through Stripe but does not itself provide the coach service unless expressly stated.
For guest purchases, the buyer must provide accurate contact information so the coach can deliver the service, issue invoices, and manage follow-up.
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: VitaLift is NOT a medical service. The information, programs, and guidance provided through the platform are for informational and educational purposes only.
You must consult with a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program, nutrition plan, or making significant lifestyle changes. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you should stop the activity and seek medical advice immediately.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Platform Subscriptions: Coaches may be required to pay a subscription fee to access certain features on VitaLift web. We may offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. Please check our pricing page to see the current subscription plans and trial offers. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Client Mobile App Scope: The VitaLift mobile app is a companion portal for clients. It does not sell digital content, start subscription purchases, or redirect users to complete digital purchases in-app.
Client Payments: Coaches may sell programs or services to clients. These transactions are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe). VitaLift is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests between coaches and clients.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
If VitaLift sells a paid platform subscription directly to a consumer in France or the EU, the checkout flow must show the total price, billing cadence, renewal terms, cancellation method, payment methods, withdrawal rights or applicable exceptions, and the applicable consumer mediation information before payment.
6. Withdrawal, Refunds, and Disputes
For VitaLift platform subscriptions sold directly by VitaLift, refund and withdrawal rights depend on the buyer status, product type, start of service, and applicable law. Any statutory consumer right that cannot be waived remains unaffected.
For coach services sold through public coach pages, refund, withdrawal, cancellation, and delivery obligations belong to the coach seller unless VitaLift expressly acts as seller of record. Buyers should contact the coach first for service disputes.
If a French consumer mediation scheme applies to VitaLift or to a coach seller, the relevant mediator details must be displayed before checkout and in the applicable terms of sale.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to VitaLift, including photos, videos, technique recordings, and messages.
By uploading content, you grant VitaLift a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service to you and your coach/clients.
You represent that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
8. Acceptable Use, Use Restrictions, and Protection of the Platform
You may not misuse VitaLift, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, overload the service, resell platform data, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.
You must not access or use VitaLift, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of copying, reproducing, modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from the Platform; reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive its source code, architecture, workflows, business logic, non-public features, or underlying structure; or developing, training, improving, or supporting a competing product or service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law.
You must not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, vulnerability probes, or similar methods to access, extract, map, monitor, test, benchmark in an abusive manner, or collect information from the Platform without VitaLift’s prior written consent.
You must not disclose, share, or use non-public information obtained through access to the Platform for competitive, copying, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
In the event of serious, abnormal, suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Platform, or a breach of these terms, VitaLift may, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, restrict relevant features or temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the relevant account, with or without prior notice depending on the seriousness and urgency of the situation. VitaLift reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its rights, users, data, security, intellectual property, Platform, and legitimate business interests.
9. Limitation of Liability
VitaLift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaLift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the VitaLift operator and the user relationship concerned. Mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country remain unaffected.
